Actor Sidharth Shukla dies of heart attack at the age of 40
Actor Sidharth Shukla has died of heart attack at the age of 40, Mumbai cooper hospital has said. He was best known for winning Bigg Boss Season 13, and for his roles on TV.
Popular Sidharth Shukla best television and film actor known for his role in the long-running TV show Balika Vadhu and as the winner of Bigg Boss 13, died on Thursday, said an official at the cooper hospital in Mumbai. He was 40 years old man.
Sidharth Shukla suffered a massive heart attack in the morning, it is learnt, and was taken to hospital at around 11 am. He is survived by his mother and two sister. "He was brought dead to the hospitals some time ago," Sidharth is known for his roles in daily soaps such as "Balika Vadhu" and "Dil Se Dil Tak". He is also popular for his tints in reality shows such as "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6", "Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi" and "Bigg Boss 13".
The singer says that they were also gym buddies and would often hang out, “We would often bump into each other at our gym sessions. He was one of the most jovial guys around who would interact with everyone. His energy, enthusiasm and his full happy smile was something that everyone loved. Never during our conversations did I feel that he had any health issues. I wanted to invite him for my wedding but due to Covid restrictions, it wasn’t possible. The last time I interacted with him was around a couple of months back. Our gym time had changed. He would go in the morning and I had my sessions in the evening so in the last few weeks we couldn’t keep in touch."
Actor Manoj Bajpayee took to Twitter to pay tribute. He wrote, "OMG!!! This is So Shocking!!! Words will fail to describe the shock and sense of loss of his near and dear ones !!! May he rest in peace !!! No yaar !!!!" His Bigg Boss co-contestant Himanshi Khurana tweeted, "Om Shanti." She added in another tweet, "Oh my God. It’s hard to believe. RIP Sidharth Shukla.
